1. WHAT DOES THE ADMISSION PRICE INCLUDE?
Admission includes all video games marked "Free Play". That means no quarters or tokens required. One round of Glow Golf is included as well. We have over 100 games set to "Free Play" That is a lot of choices for $10.00.
We offer Pool Tables for 50 cents a game.
Crane and prize machines are extra to play. There are over 50+ games and simulators to choose from.
There is a lot to do!
2. Do I still have to pay even if I don't play?
YES! Because the games are set on Free Play, it would be difficult to keep track who is allowed to play and who is not.
For our party guests that exceed the package count, we only charge half price.
We offer a variety of games that would suit everyone's tastes. We want you to play, interact, and have fun with friends and
family while you are there.
3. Can I just play golf and not the games?
NO. Our admission includes the games and 1 round of golf, we can not split up admissions at this time.
4. Can I bring in my food and drink FOR PARTIES OR OPEN PLAY ADMISSIONS?
OPEN PLAY ADMISSIONS:NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS PERMITTED. CONCESSION WILL BE OPEN FRIDAY-SUNDAY AT THIS TIME.
SNACKS, CANDY, AND DRINKS ARE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE EVERYDAY.
RESERVED PARTIES: NO OUTSIDE PIZZAS OR SODAS ALLOWED. YOU MAY BRING CAKE, ICE CREAM, JUICE BOXES,CHIPS, FRUIT OR
VEGGIE TRAYS ONLY. PLEASE REFER PARTY PAGE FOR MORE DETAILS. PARTIES BOOKED DURING THE WEEK,
WE WILL OPEN UP THE KITCHEN TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR PIZZA NEEDS. WE WILL IMPLEMENT A $50.00
OUTSIDE FOOD FEE FOR UNAUTHORIZED FOODS BROUGHT IN FOR PARTIES. WE OFFER SPECIAL FOOD PRICING FOR PARTIES ONLY. PLEASE GIVE US A CALL FOR ANY SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS.
5. Do you allow re-entry to game center?
Yes, you may leave and come back. Notify the staff before you leave so they can stamp your hand required for re-entry.
6. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover American Express. No checks will be accepted.
7. What is acceptable to bring when I have my party there?
YOU MAY BRING BALLOONS, THEMED TABLE COVERS. NO WALL DECORATIONS. NO CROCK POTS.
8. When is the deposit due?
We ask that you pay your deposit at time of reservation. We can do credit card/debit card over the phone if you would like to
call it in.
We can NOT offer a grace period for holding party dates. Only a party is guaranteed when the deposit is paid.
9. Can I do a Walk In Party?
Yes, that is fine, however table space is limited and will be on first come first serve. Keep in mind if you have a walk in party on the weekend, you only have 3 hours of game time so make sure your guests arrive at the same time. And, remember everyone
must pay admission to enter. Please call to see if the tables may be available during your walk in time.
WALK IN PARTIES ARE PERMITTED TO BRING CAKE ONLY, NO OTHER OUTSIDE FOOD/SNACKS OR DRINKS ALLOWED
10. Why is my game time 3 hours but the party room usage is 2 hours?
We don't want you to feel rushed during your party times so we decided to offer optional extra game play time. Also, we want the
birthday kid's parents to be able to enjoy themselves a little too after the room use has
concluded. We can only allot 2 hour party room time so we can accommodate other party reservations. At the end of your
room time, our staff will help you transition your stuff in the front or table area outside of party room for your
remaining hour. The third hour of play optional and up to you if you want to use it.
11. Is alcohol served or allowed to be brought in?
NO! We do not serve alcohol nor do we allow it on the premises. If anyone is caught bringing it in, you will be told to leave
immediately. NO EXCEPTIONS!
12. Is it loud in the game area?
Yes. If you are sensitive to loud noises, please bring ear plugs
13. What is the ideal age group?
6-100. Great for anyone who can reach the controls. All younger/small kids must be with a parent at all times. Parents: Please
make sure your kids are following rules and being courteous to others playing, and not abusing equipment. All small kids must be supervised by a parent/adult in the games and golf area. Your cooperation ensures a great time for all. Parents of small children, we recommend touring the facility first. Not all games are small kid friendly since most of our games are classics and maybe hard to reach/play.
14. What is your party cancellation policy?
If you cancel your party 10 or more days ahead of your party date. We will issue a deposit credit via gift card. If it is less than 10 days, you forfeit your deposit entirely. We will not issue cash refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS!
15. Can I bring in my own decorations?
Your party room is already decorated, however, you may bring themed table covers, balloons, centerpieces, etc. No Glitter, No
confetti. Nothing can be hanged on our walls that can cause damage to the paint finish.
If you are having trouble with a game, please don't walk away, ask a floor tech or front person to check it for you, sometimes it is a quick easy fix and if not, we know to request a repair from our techs and get it done in a timely manner.
We have arcade techs available everyday to check on games needing serviced and try to repair them as quickly as possible before we open. Some games may require parts which there may be a wait time. Keep in mind we do have multiples of most of our games so if one is broken we have another or something similar. Our goal is to keep our games in good working order as much as possible, we have never had more than 10% of our 100 + games go out of order in any given time. And if you notice something not working proeprly, please let staff know, the more we know, the faster we can fix it. We want you to enjoy our arcade to the fullest.
